But what about cannabis oil and what is it used for? Here’s what you need to know.
What is cannabis (cbb oil) oil?
Marijuana oil is a thick and sticky substance extracted from the leaves and flowers of the hemp plant. It is also considered to be CBD (due to the hardness with which it is made), fully extracted cannabis oil (FECO) and hash oil.
According to macmillan.org.uk, the cannabis plant produces a resin (an organic compound that burns, insoluble in water) containing various substances, these are known as ‘cannabinoids’.
The two main types of cannabinoids are:
Delta-9-tetrahydrocannabidiol (THC) – illegal in the UK and not used to make cannabis oil
Why is cannabis oil (cbb oil) legal?
CBD is not considered a controlled substance, so it is 100% legal.
That is what cannabis oil sold in the UK is made of.
What can it be used for?
It can be beneficial for people suffering from depression, anxiety, depression or lack of sleep. It has also been suggested that it be used to help alleviate the pain of cancer patients.
However, cancer charity Macmillan.org.uk stated: “There are side effects of using cannabis oil. Cannabinoids can increase your heart rate, cause dizziness, blurred vision, paranoia and make you feel ‘stoned. ‘ He may also be involved with other drugs. “
It has also been suggested that cannabis oil can cure the symptoms of Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s disease and MS.
