Bernard Movers is an excellent moving company that made our long distance move in December, a stress-free breeze. The business impressed us from the first call we made to learn about their services, to beyond move-in day. Lynn explained everything in detail via phone, and Krystian gave a thorough walk-through – combined, we felt confident that we would be in good hands by moving forward. We opted for the direct delivery service, where the team picked up our items and drove them to our destination – which, unlike van lines, ensured that we would get our items delivered within two days. The best part of the experience, was working with, and getting to know, the movers themselves. On pickup day, a team of 4 worked quickly and carefully, and made sure we just got to relax during the process. I’ve moved many times – but this was the absolute first time I actually enjoyed the day! And the biggest shout out goes to Frank and Big Juan, who moved us out of Chicago, drove to New York with our belongings, checked in proactively along the way to give us peace of mind, and moved us in – setting things up with care in our new home. The way they worked blew us away! They’re also incredibly kind, genuine, and funny – we so appreciated getting to spend the day with such phenomenal guys! They even checked in afterwards, to make sure we were all settled.
