The London handyman team is always on hand and ready to help! Our prices are some of the best in London and Greater London. All our services are delivered with passion and enthusiasm to the very highest standards of professional care. The handymen even charge by the half hour, after the first 1 hour, in order to give you true value for money. There is a stand-alone survey fee of £26. If we arrive and are unable to carry out the work through, the call-out fee is still applicable.*Minimum per appointment for weekdays + Saturday is 1 hour, and after the 1st hour, we charge per half-hour basis. The price for the first hour is formed from the first half hour rate (£33) + the rate for subsequent half-hour (£26). Prices are inclusive of all taxes. **Minimum per appointment for Sunday visits is 1 hour, and after the 1st hour, we charge per half-hour basis. The price for the first hour is formed from the first half hour rate (£42) + the rate for subsequent half-hour (£35)T & C and minimum charges apply. When we calculate the price, we take into consideration the area dimensions and the time of the appointment. All prices and deals are valid for areas within M25. Deals cannot be combined with any other deals and promotions. Please note:

Rates are final with no hidden charges added.
All prices are for labour only and do not include any materials.
Shopping time spent by a handyman amounts to £35 per hour. Electricians’ and plumbers’ shopping time rate per hour is £48.
Congestion Charge Zone – if we are not able to come in on a scooter, we will charge the cost of congestion in addition to our fees for the job.
Parking might be added on top if applicable
Rescheduling/cancellation policy – If you need to reschedule or cancel a confirmed booking, please give us 48 hours.

Fixed Rates:

If a job is anticipated to take more than 1 day, we can send a surveyor on site, to assess the work and to give a detailed quotation for the project for only £25. All the necessary tools and equipment will be provided. Before you make a booking please read the Handyman Services Terms and Conditions.

Q How long have you been established for?

We have been in the business of offering professional handyman services for many years now. We pride ourselves on providing commercial and residential handyman services in London and the Greater London area. We have served a large number of satisfied customers so we can supply references on request.

Q Do you work on weekends?

Our handyman are available for the weekends as well. We work 7 days per week, in normal working hours, between 8:00 am and 05:00 pm. But we can undertake emergency jobs as well.

Q Do your handymen come with all the right tools?

Yes! All our operatives carry a full range of tools to handle a great number of different jobs and the most common jobs. They also carry a wide selection of small parts (different plugs, screws, plumbing connections and so forth) and power tools, but if anything specific, we would need to know in advance.

Q Do I have to supply materials?

All our handyman travel with a range of tools and some materials to cover for small common jobs. If special materials are needed, it is best if you can purchase them upfront and have them ready for us on the day. If you are unable to do so, our handymen are happy to source them locally on the day of the service, or for difficult to locate items, we can order them specially to be fitted on a later visit.

Q Do you charge for “shopping” time?

Our handymen carry a range of small, commonly used materials (e.g different plugs, screws and so on), so it is not often that we need to go shopping. If we do need to go shopping and we can source materials locally, we charge at our standard hourly rates, but we cap the charges for shopping time at 45 minutes. If there is a long shopping list, or if we need more than 45 minutes to find the needed items, we will notify you will only charge for more than 45 minutes by prior agreement.
