The Engineer was available at fairly short notice and turned up on time. He had a good idea of what was wrong from our phone conversation and he was at great pains to explain the fault in terms I could understand. He seemed very thorough, was with us for several hours and the bill was within the amount he quoted form the outset. A good service all round, would recommend and will be using again.
