If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us within 48 hours of the appointment and we will send someone out as soon as possible to re-clean any of the areas missed free of charge. Brandon Boyewsky

Owner and President

Brandon is the founder and owner of Sweep Home Chicago. Originally from Indianapolis, Indiana, he graduated from Indiana University in 2000 and moved to Chicago shortly thereafter. Now a resident of Chicago for over 16 years, Brandon has 4 children. Brandon is a very involved owner and makes himself accessible for all customer related issues whenever needed.

Jazmin Camarillo

Customer Service Representative

Jazmin Camarillo was born and raised in Chicago. She holds a bachelors degree in Theater from the University of Illinois at Chicago and is currently working with Teatro Luna, the only All Latina Theater company in the nation, as a writer, scene developer, and performer. She is also the newest addition to the Sweep Home Chicago Office working as a customer service representative.

Q What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that life does not always go as planned. However, if it is necessary to cancel/postpone any scheduled cleaning, we ask that you please call the Sweep Home Chicago office at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled cleaning. That will allow us ample time to make the necessary adjustments to our daily cleaning schedule. If we do not receive 24 hours notice, a $40 fee will be assessed to the customers credit card, which will be required to book a clearing appointment.

Q What if I am unhappy with the service I receive?

Please call us. We will gladly listen to your complaints/concerns. We will do everything we can to fix the problem.

In fact, we are so confident in our house and commercial cleaning services that we guarantee them. Should an area of your home or office not be cleaned to satisfaction we will re-clean whatever it is that you aren't happy with within 48 hours after you contact us to do the re clean for free

Q What if something is damaged during the service provided?

We treat your home with complete care and respect. However, should damage or breakage occur while we are cleaning. Sweep Home Chicago will make every effort to repair or if necessary, replace the item. When appropriate, insurance claims will be filed. We are fully bonded and insured so that should the unfortunate happen we have it taken care of

Q Are your employees pet friendly?

Most of our employees are fine with having pets around for the cleanings. There are a few employees that we have that are allergic to pets and they would obviously be sent. Bottom line is that we have plenty of options and can always find people to go who are fihe with pets.

Q Home much of a tip is customary?

A tip is not required, but is definitely appreciated. I would say about 50% of Sweep Home Chicago's customers tip Our employees make a regular wage, so they do not depend on tips. If you do not tip they will not be upset. If you do decide to tip 10-20% is a good tip.

Q Are you licensed, bonded and insured?

Yes, we are. We also do full background and reference checks on all of our employees to make sure we have good, trustworthy employees in your home.
